Perfect job preserving my favorite dress I've ever worn. And it was done in a timely fashion, even though it had to be shipped to and from IL to TX. You succeeded my expectations and now I get to enjoy my beautiful gown for years to come! It was a great investment to upgraded to the eco-friendly preservation method as well! A very happy bride here :)
Easy! Just filled out the paperwork, put all the items I wanted preserved and attached the prepaid postage. My gown came back beautifully draped with the veil and the box was sealed from the elements with a clear view of the dress. No problems at all!

I'm giving four stars because I can only see what's showing through the front of the box. However, it was quick, efficient and easy. The instructions were 1,2, 3 and very easy to follow. Overall, I'm very pleased. Thank you for helping me preserve a part of one of the most beautiful days of my life.
I sent my dress in to be cleaned and preserved, as well as have a button replaced. It came back (fairly quickly!) beautifully preserved in the box. I of course didn't open it to make sure the cleaning was done well, but they didn't say there were any issues, so I assume it was fine. I'm glad it's all done and it was an easy process!
Fabulous display and quick service! I'm not sure how well the stains came out since it's preserved; but was told the clean up was successful. A great way to preserve and display your gown. Much better than hiding it in the garment bag in the back of your closet.
I am so happy to have my dress back! It is beautifuly preserved and looks amazing. It makes me feel good that I won't have to worry about it getting ruined or putting it into storage. Hopefully one of my daughters will want to wear it someday! Thanks for a beautiful memory!
