It was fast and they did a beautiful job!!!! I could not be happier😊
Shawl was not buttoned on to dress.
The process to ship the dress was easy. I like the "play by play" emails when they received it and when the dress was headed back home. I wish I could see the bottom since that was where the dirt mainly was. Maybe a before and after picture. The box arrived within few weeks and I nearly cried it brought back memories. I originally planned to sell my dress online but glad I spent the money to preserve it. Monogrammed the box for an added touch. Well worth it.
This whole experience was super easy and quick. I filled out the paper work for what needed to be fixed/cleaned, put it all in the plastic bag, put it in the box and sealed it up. Dropped it off at UPS the next day and received an email just a few days later confirming the arrival of my dress (which when you are sending out a dress that you paid a lot of money on, it is comforting to know the right people received it safely!). It came back a few weeks later in a beautiful sealed box, ready to store away.
My dress and handmade vail came back to me beautiful. It didn't take long for it to come back.

They made it very easy to send my dress in to be cleaned. They got the dress back to me very quickly. Because the dress is boxed, I can only see the front of the dress... But it looks very clean with no damage and packaged very well.
My experience was excellent!! The stains I had on my dress that were visible from the box are gone!
