I appreciate not only the amazing job done cleaning & preserving my daughter's dress, but also the communication I received every step of the way. It took a lot of courage to box up my daughter's dress & send it to David's unbeknownst to her, but David's kept me in the loop, telling me when the gown had arrived as well as when it was cleaned, also when they were boxing it up & sending it back! It came back in 2 weeks it was very neat and presentable. I was surprised how it looked bc my dress was so big but it turned out great.

Overall, I was very pleased with the finished work of preserving my wedding dress. It was so nice to finally get that done and ready to store. Though, I was slightly disappointed the chiffon flower decorations on the side of my dress were folded on several edges and not flat and that there were a few crinkles on the skirt obvious in the display window. But nothing that will hurt it in the end. Thank you for all your work.
