I had my dress done 2 years ago and it started falling down in the box, so they fixed it no issue! great company, fast & reliable. awesome communication. highly recommend
My dress looks beautiful. It is so pretty and my name is on the box. It put a smile on my face to see it inside the box protected.
Great experience. Nervous to mail wedding gown, but they did great job cleaning and preserving. Presentation gown and veil in box beautiful. Arrived back in about 10 days. They have insurance you can buy which is very cheap.
This company is fantastic! My friend got married 2 years ago and purchased this package to preserve her dress for her daughter who was born 5 months later. Unfortunately she passed away from a rare form of Leukemia before her second anniversary, I found the dress while helping pack up the house. Someone had shoved it in a garbage bag. along with the package to have it preserved. I sent it to Memories and they kept me updated the whole time. When I got the dress back it was amazing!!. My dress and veil are beautifully preserved. I love it! The process was easy and my dress took a short while to be sent back to me.
The dress was boxed up nicely and sealed. I’m assuming the dirt was removed from the bottom of the dress.
Good work, I was asked via email and text if I wanted to make changes which I did but no one returned my messages or calls.
