My experience was ok except for when I emailed a concern and never received a response. The dress came back as it was suppose to so I am very happy with the results.
Very easy and quick. Thank you for providing everything necessary with the box. My only note is that I had a sash, which didn't have pricing on the form. It was difficult to get through to someone via phone to confirm the cost of adding the sash. Eventually, I got a call back with the info. Otherwise, overall great. Thank you!
It didn't take as long as I anticipated for my gown to be preserved and returned to me. I appreciated the communication of when they received my gown and also when they shipped it. My gown arrived well package and it definitely looks like it will be preserved for years to come. Very pleased with the overall service and quality.

Overall, a great service. It was easy to ship, they emailed when they received my dress and when it went back out which was nice. It arrived back in beautiful condition. My only complaint is that through the window of the box hanging from the decorative element on the dress bodice is a long, white thread. I can't believe no one caught this! Since I'm not supposed to open the box to keep it preserved I can't remove it myself, but I'm tempted to anyways because it's all I see when I look at the dress!

Gown came back looking fabulous! They even called me when working on it to check something, so great communication! Dress came back sooner than I had thought. Would definitely recommend them!
