Everything was nice and smooth. My dress came back much faster then I expected. Unfortunately I don't want to undo the plastic wrapping so I'm unable to say whether or not the stains were removed. Gown looks nice in the box. It was placed crooked but I was able to shake the box enough that it looks better.

Did a wonderful job on dress and looks awesome in the box
After sending my dress off, the wait time was very short. However, when I received my dress, there is still dirt on it along with a piece of dark colored hair that is visible. Also, you can see where they didn't flatten the front out so there is a crease in it. I didn't pay almost $200 for it to look terrible. I want to pass this down to my family and am afraid its not going to look well after the permanent crease after years of sitting.
I was very pleased with how my dress turned out. My only complaint was that they put the wrong name on the label on the box my dress is in. I was afraid after I read the label that someone else's dress was given to me on accident.
Quick service! Gown came back perfect!! Can't wait to share it with my daughter one day in perfect condition!
