Loved getting my beautiful gown back. However, I was told it was going to be Ina silver box? Not a white cardboard one. It's still packaged nicely and it looks as good as the day I bought it.
My dress was absolutely ly perfect and it only took a short time to get it back. I am very pleased
My dress turned out beautiful, stain free and looked pristine. I had a small issue when it was shipped to me the first time around but I called customer service and they were super nice and helpful. I sent my dress back to them and they fixed the problem quickly and sent my beautiful dress back to me.
I was so excited when I received my gown! It looked fabulous & so neat & pressed for life! =D

Turned out clean and was packaged tightly and wrapped with hard plastic. Even though I want to wear my dress around all the time, I know my dress will not become damaged while being preserved. 😁
