My dress came back sparkling white, which was so awesome. It looks amazing in the preserved box. My only issue was I wanted a blue box but they told me I only paid for the “standard” white box. That was not very clear on the paperwork so it was a little disappointing when I got back a white box, expecting blue. Other than that, it was great. They were able to turn it around so quickly!
The box my dress that my dress was put in is wonderful with a great label. I loved how well wrapped the outside of the box was to preserve it.
This process was quick and very easy. The dress looks amazing in the box, and well preserved! My only complaint if you can call it that, is not being able to see how clean the bottom of the gown is and how well the repair in the netting looked. I would have gladly paid extra for a picture when it was complete if that were an option.
