The wedding dress was done beautifully but I also had the flower girl dress done and was less satisfied with it. There was a spec of dirt between the two layers and they put a ribbon across the bow on the dress. I would have liked to not have the belt and bow covered.

I was a little nervous ordering this service for my daughters wedding dress, but fortunately the positive reviews on your website pushed me to give it a try. Everything was done exactly how they said it would be. After ordering the box came timely; I followed the instructions and after a couple of weeks the dress was back and looked wonderful! I gave it 4 stars because there was a surprise of additional charges if you wanted more than $500 insurance, to add a belt or other items, extra cleaning, etc., so be prepared for that... read more

Love!!! I must admit, like any bride, it was hard to send my dress in a box to a place I have never been to or heard of! But I did and it came back beautifully and clean!!!! I love that Memories Gown Preservation kept me updated with when my gown arrived and departed from their location- they kept me in the loop which was really great! I would recommend this gown preservation company in the future!
My dress has a very long train so I'm not able to see how clean they were able to get it being as my dress is now in the preserve box but the front looks great! They were very timely and emailed when they received my dress and when it was being shipped back to me.
