My dress came back quicker than I was told it would. They got the make up off the neck line. And it looks beautiful, as if I hadn't even wore it. The boxed presentation makes me want to display it! Thanks so much for the great job.

It took less than two weeks to get my dress back! I am very pleased with the presentation of my gown through the window in the box. I would highly recommend this company.
Gown looks great! Sent in with magenta bingo dabbed stains, (rubbed off on me from a guest, was the hottest day of the year lol!!). Looks like it's in mint condition. Even tho my dress wasn't super expensive, having the chance to pass down a totally preserved dress is worth every penny! Super happy with service !
My dress looks beautiful! I can't wait to admire it for years to come. I love what was done with the veil and that I can see detail on the skirt. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job.
Great....speedy...everything expected
The turnaround time was incredibly fast and I'm sure the gown and veil are clean from what I can see. However, I only gave 4 stars as the presentation wasn't what I expected with the dress not taut on the form as advertised and instead a little hastily done and I don't feel comfortable displaying the box like I had planned. I also wish I had kept the veil out as it is draped over the dress and none of the intricate detail along the bottom shows. After shipping the dress they got it back in a flash, the dress looks amazing!!
OMGosh my dress came back absolutely beautiful. It had been wrapped in plastic for 24 years and it came back looking as perfect as it did all those years ago. I am so impressed at this service. They were quick and the commutation was perfect as well. Thank you so very much .. Thank you!
