The service, from start to finish, was absolutely wonderful! I was notified when my package was received and notified just one week later that the order was complete and was on its way back. When received, the gown and veil were perfectly boxed and preserved and the monstrous stain across the from was completely gone. I recently recommended Memories Gown Preservation to a close friend for her daughter's gown and would recommend it to anyone interested in preserving a gown.

When I received my dress back, it was gorgeous. I just wanted to open the box and wear it around. The only downside is, is the plastic that covers the box is just a piece of plastic so any little accidental puncture can ruin it if the dress gets exposed. I thought it was going to come back more secured. Other than that, that amazing feeling I had on my wedding day came back to me. Thank you for such an awesome job.

I hadn't cleaned my gown since my wedding, so for five years my beautiful gown was crumpled in the bottom of various closets and the spray tan I got the day before the ceremony (what was I thinking?!) was smudged all over the inside of the dress! It honestly looked gross and yellowed before I sent it away and I didn't know if they would be able to fix it...but they did! I was amazed at the affordable price and excellent service provided! I sent my wedding dress and my daughters at the same time. Both came back beautifully preserved for our future. Mine was a little yellowed with age but it looks beautiful in its preservation box with little yellowing showing. Thanks Memories gown and company. I am glad that I sent mine with my daughters.

I purchased the preservation at the time of the purchase of the bridal gown. When it was time to pull out the box I had a lot of questions. The staff at the preservation business was professional and competent. They answered each question and I carefully filled out the packing slip included any directions I had any last minute questions and off to UPS I went to ship the bridal gown. I wasn't told about this when I bought my wedding dress almost 5 years ago. So when I went last month with my friend and they mentioned it. I asked if I can buy it. Mind you I haven't cleaned my dress yet since my wedding in April 2011. They allowed me to buy it and I sent it in. It didn't take long to come back and it looks beautiful. Memories Gown Preservation was excellent. Not only are they very easy to use, they are quick and efficient as well. Would highly recommend using them to preserve your gown. Simplicity at its finest!
