So much faster than I anticipated! Quick and easy.
Service was great but very disappointed that the belt I sent with the dress is not showing. The belt made the dress!! The lady I visited with on the phone assured me it would be showing!
Did a nice job and was very speedy.
Box is pretty. It is my dress. Cannot open preserved box to see if bottom got cleaned. I did have to laugh about that part. I may never know. Shipping time was great. My dress WAS sent back to ME. I was a bit worried about that. No way to know if it was clean, though. Guess I will always be wondering about that.
The order submission was easy and liked that i was getting updates. The way the dress is preserved is beautiful. Now i hope to have a daughter some day and hand it down to her. :-)
I was astonished at how beautiful my gown looked preserved in the special window box. Rather than just sticking my gown away in an attic, I will now display my gown with the other keepsakes of my special day!!
