Thank you so much for preserving my wedding dress and for making the process easier then I thought! Everything I needed was in the kit so there was no guess work involved. I had my oldest daughters (Amy) gown cleaned locally after her wedding 6 years ago. We took it out this year and looked at it and it had a yellow stripe down the front of the gown. When we bought my youngest (Brandi) daughters gown this year we were asked if we wanted to purchase a cleaning at the that time. We were told that they could get most any stain out of the gown. I am blown away with how stunning my dress looks! I had it cleaned seven (almost 8 now) years back at another dry cleaners and it was awful; it really was just thrown in the box, stains still on it too. This place however, they handled my dress with such care and it looks incredible! I would highly recommend this to anyone who is even considering having this service done! Thank you guys! Hello, Overall, I was pleased with my wedding gown being preserved and boxed away, but there is one small detail that bothers me. The tissue paper rolled at the top of the box above the gown isn't properly rolled up and taped down. It moves around when I pick up the box and doesn't lay/fold right when it's standing up, which is how I'm storing it at the moment.
