My daughter's wedding dress is very important and I was very leery about sending it away to get cleaned and stored. After reading some reviews she was comfortable with the process. When I finally did it, I was amazed at how easy it was to pack up and send. Then to my surprise how quickly it came back! From the "window" it looks perfect and my daughter was very happy with the results.
The box is a little bent. Maybe it got bent as they were putting the top of the box on.
They were very simple to use and my dress is preserved wonderfully my only complaint is that there is dirt in between the box and the shrink wrap and it drives me crazy.
