Excellent from the mailing kit to receiving the final product. We were surprised at how quickly we received the gown and veil back, especially with it being the busy holiday season. The gown looked lovely and we appreciate how the veil was draped over the gown on one corner. Thank you for preserving our very special memory.

I have to admit that the idea of packing up my Vera Wang wedding gown and sending it off into the unknown was very worrisome for me...so much so that I ordered this package in July and didn't actually send it off until December. The instructions were super easy to follow and once we finally got it sent out it was a very fast process!! The only thing slow about it was me trying to get time to take it to the UPS dropoff!! :) The dress looks absolutely amazing and I am amazed at how all of my dress (it was very fluffy) actually fit in the box and looked great!!
