Loved the customer service, notice when the dress was received and being sent back. Dress looks beautiful in the display box. Some of the beading looks loose that I don't reminder being loose.

It was nicely packaged & my veil arranged in carton,easy to purchase, setup,ship out & receive,I would recommend to my friends & family,Loved it,hope it last & my niece or my own daughter can one day can wear on their wedding.
My dress looks beautiful for what I can see. I can't tell you it was cleaned cause the bottom was dirty and I can not see that part. And it says not to open so guess I will never know. The emails and ads for this package deal was a slight grayish box mine is white..so is my dress they blend together. The sash I sent was put on but folded over so its sealed up folded in the box.
