I loved it! I just wish our name and wedding date could have been on the box.
It only took a little over a week to receive my dress back after shipping it off. You did a beautiful job, thank you!
The directions were super easy to follow to package up my dress. They kept me informed on when they recieced my dress and when it was delivered back to me. My dress returned to me sealed and wonderfully presented in its box ahead of schedule.

My wedding gown came back even more beautiful than I could imagine.
The dress came out so much better than I expected! When I got it back it looked like a real person in the box wearing my dress! And I was able to add the shawl my mom made me for the wedding, which made me happy that I could preserve it. It's a great way to preserve such a special day forever!
We are pleased with what we received but until we are able to open it we will not know if it is really cleaned or not. So on the fastness and the packaging I give you all the stars
