The only reason I did 3 stars was because my dress could not be preserved due to the size of the gown. I was contacted right away about the issue and it was resolved in a timely manner. The women I spoke with was very nice, mailed my dress back to me right away and issued me a refund.
Seamless! I was contacted directly about a missing item, that I inadvertently forgot to include. Couldn’t have been nicer! Turnaround time was less than 2 weeks! I highly recommend!
