It is so beautiful in the box!! And it didn't take very long at all!! I am 46 years old this is my first and only wedding!! They did a wonderful job with my dress and veil. I have recommended them to all my friends who have up coming weddings! I did have an issue where I requested the personalization on my box and when i received my dress, there was no personalization. I called their customer service and both ladies I spoke to were SO NICE and helpful. They immediately sent me a shipping label to ship the box back for free personalization however they did such a great job I really don't want to send it back! It came back alot quicker than I expected. There is a big wrinkle across the front but that probably occurred during the UPS transit. But it was nicely packaged.
