I absolutely was very satisfied with the preservation kit!!! I love it and will keep it forever. I forgot to keep the tracking sheet for my gown but you guys got it back to me safely thank you it's beautiful and I love the box with my name on it and the date we got married on !!! The directions provided were very clear, and the whole process was super simple. It was so easy I thought for sure I had done something wrong haha. But sure enough after a few weeks my dress showed up and it was beyond what I expected. It was beautiful!!! I guess if I had to nitpick, maybe a couple more pieces of tape would have been nice. But I always have packing tape so it wasn't a big deal, and that's me stretching to find a problem.
Your company did a fantastic job on preserving my wedding dress and boxing it to preserve the memory.
Instructions were easy to follow and all of the packing materials were provided. Updates were provided at each stage of the process. Took about 2 weeks overall.
The preservation looked good, but the beading on the front of my dress is folded over quite obviously.
I can only speak to the outside appearance but it looks great. I was skeptical at first but it was worth the money. Thank you!
Amazing! Just as beautiful as when i put it on.
I can't think of anything. I really liked having the pre paid slip in the kit making everything very convenient!
