You guys did amazing with my dress! I absolutely love it! It was done very quickly, I had my dress back within a week, maybe week and a half. My only wish is that part of the blue ribbon for the corset in the back had been placed in the front, that is the only thing I would change.
I sent my gown into Memories Gown Preservation through David's Bridal and they did a great job! The preservation looks great (I haven't opened it, but the outside looks nice). My gown got back to me quickly and I knew exactly when it was scheduled to arrive.

When calling and checking on the status, everyone I spoke with was very accommodating. When I received it was nicely packaged and looked beautiful. The one thing I wasn't expecting was the ribbon around the middle waits line of the dress

At first I was a little confused with the paper work and what to choose for the material of my dress because it was different types. I took everything I had received from ordering it online to my local store and they helped with everything. They even offered to put it with there shipment of mail going out! I was pleased to see my belt was also placed exactly how I wanted on my dress too.
It was a very good experience. Very quick and expedient. Very impressed
