Very fast. My dress looks great!
This was easy to ship, fairly quick for washing and preserving. It looks wonderful. Very professional. Luved it..
It was easy and looks nice. The only issue I had was the preservation box corners were bent when I opened the delivery box.

We got married in 2015, and I kept putting off getting my dress preserved until I went to look at it one day and it had started to yellow in spots! I immediately sent it to Memories Gown Preservation. I got my dress back two weeks later and all the stains are gone! It looks brand new! I'm so happy and would recommend this company to anyone!!
Very fast return of the gown. Looks great in the display box. Only issue is since we can't break the seal how do we know for sure the stains on the bottom of the gown came out?
