It was so easy. Everything was in the box to get the dress and accessories ready to send. Directions were easy to follow. Received it back much sooner than expected. It looks beautiful.

Good and fast service
Everything was really easy and timely. The only problem is the belt with my dress is crooked and I won't open the box to fix it. I am not trying to display my dress in public so it's not a bug deal.
I got my dress back with about a week and it was so beautiful. They did an amazing job of preserving my wedding wedding dress. When I opened the shipping box and saw the how beautiful the preservation was I started crying. Now I can cherish my dress forever. Thank you
