I forgot to have my dress cleaned so it sat in my closet for years getting dusty and dirty and wrinkled. When I got it out it looked awful with grass stains from my wedding. I was afraid the stains wouldn't come out and my dress was ruined, but they did an amazing job! My dress came back clean and beautiful and looks amazing! I am very happy and impressed.
The dress was preserved and placed in a box with a window like a display. It looks beautiful. The process was fast and you stayed in contact through it all. I was able to track where the dress was. Thank you.
