Was so glad that I purchased the kit through David's bridal, sent it out and had it back sooner than I expected. It looks beautiful so glad I was able to preserve my dress for my girls some day. Thank you!
My experience went well and it was fast. The step by step instructions were useful. But I do wish there was a before and after picture of my dress from top to bottom and front and back. From the box point of view my dress looks clean, but it just the front of the dress. And the bottom of my dress is what needed the most cleaning, so I won't know if it's clean until I open the box seal. And the company recommends that I do not open the box seal. So I feel like I'm left in a dilemma and won't know if my entire dress is clean.
Fantastic! I had so busy I had forgotten to send my daughter's dress. For a couple years. I finally sent it and it was cleaned beautifully and preserved I'm a way I can display it in my sewing studio! Of course it was done and sent back within 2 weeks. ( Much faster than my 2 years!)
I was skeptic from the mixed reviews but my dress came back beautifulky. It cleaned all the algea and dirt from the bottom of my dress!

The only problem I have is with the way it was put into its box. They put a ribbon arround the dresses waist -which I understand why, it holds it in and gives the dress shape while in the box but the ribbon completely changes the way my dress looks. It almost doesn't even look like my dress in there. All of my dresses lovely delails are on the bodice and the ribbon blocks them out and cuts the details in half.
