My dress looks beautiful
It was one of my best investments when I purchased my wedding dress. The shipping process was simple and easy. I sent the dress with other accessories and it came back in no time. Beautiful packaging. I chose to have my name and wedding date on the box it will last a long time to come. Just hoping one of my granddaughters will use it. I truly would recommend. I love my gown preservation box! It's beautiful to see my dress being previewed for everyone to see rather than in a bag hanging up! However, the only complaint I have is that when it arrived its slightly bunched up towards the bottom of the box (which very well may be from shipping) but I tried to "shake" it flat again but was unsuccessful! One more thing, I did think it was going to be slightly more "poofed out" in the breast area, but overall I still love it! Being able to see it 'brought to life' again is a great feeling... read more
Sent my dress out to them to be preserved in case my daughters want to wear it, or use pieces of it in their own dress some day. I was so pleasently surprised when I received it back. They definitely surpassed my expectations. It looks absolutely stunning in the box!!! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to preserve a dress!

I received my dress back faster than I thought I would which was awesome. I paid the extra money to get the lifetime guarantee and special cleaning and wrapping on the dress. I wish i could see the bottom of the dress to see how good it was cleaned but then that defeats me having it preserved. Other than that I am pleased with the service Maybe one day when my 5 year old daughter gets married she might want to wear it.

My dress was placed beautifully in the preservation box however the shipping box was partially damaged in spots upon arrival which also caused a few "crushed" spots in my dress box. This upset me due to the fact of how much money originally to Davids Bridal and then any additional money paid for the other options located on the paperwork. The quality of the dress looked nicely done. I like that they included a certificate on the back.
