I was very happy with my daughters gown back except that all the colored stones except a few came off and changed how it looked from when we sent it in. But over all I loved how quick it was done and my daughter is happy with it completely.vi will totally recommend you to others.
The whole transaction was super easy and fast. Within two weeks my dress was back to me wrapped beautifully in the box. On the back of the box was a 30 year certificate which I think is great! Before I sent the dress out there was a stain on the front of the dress and you can tell it was cleaned and removed. Very great experience, I highly recommend this company to take care of your dress.

They weren't able to entirely repair my dress which had suffered some wear and tear after a long, rainy day, but they were honest and my dress came back in a nice neat box.
I bought my kit through Davids Bridal and when I sent in my dress I was so nervous and scared that I wouldn't get my dress back or that it would be destroyed or altered.
