My child accidentally splashed my blazer with greasy broth at a hot pot restaurant. The blazer is 100% wool and labeled dry clean only. I brought it to this dry cleaner the very next day. After the first cleaning, only one sleeve was cleaned, lthe other sleeve and the rest of the blazer still had stains. They agreed to clean it again, but after the second attempt, nothing changed. Staff, both at the facility and by phone, we're very caring and attentive to our requests. The shirts and pants are clean and beautifully pressed. We are a senior couple who find ironing to be pretty difficult at our age and we know of their excellent service from many years ago when we lived near The MacGregor Village location.
It was my first time pick up service from home , it was perfect just as I had given them details . The manager Mr Brett has been very good with texting , also Dave the delivery person is also very nice & to top it off Ms Elizabeth at Medlin Davis on Kelly road was the person who recommended the pick up delivery service & she was very good in giving me a detailed explanation toon how to go about it .
Competitive prices and prompt delivery. I got my Jackets and Cashmere Sweaters back next day and there was a text telling me that they were ready ahead of time! Happy me
I have been a customer here for a very long time and we had a great experience, but I am done. I called to verify they were open until 3:00 PM on Saturday. I arrived exactly at 3:00 PM, parked right in front, and walked to the door which took me less than 20 seconds—only to find it locked. The employee clearly locked the door at 2:59 PM to avoid helping me, even though they knew I was on my way. This level of disrespect has left a bad taste and completely ruined my trust in this location. You have lost a long-time customer.
