In less than a week, and even on a rare snow day in the south, I was able to get my laundry processed and ready for pickup. Everything was nicely folded and cleaned very well. The lady who helped me at the counter at Preston was polite and efficient. Would highly recommend!
I love this place for alterations. You need to go to the main area off Ten-Ten Road in Apex, but their alterations are awesome and a great price. Then I pick my items up from the location at Preston Corners on High house Road. They can usually accommodate a quick turnaround for the alterations on any type of garment. Excellent customer service every time.
Had a really good experience. Needed to find a dry-cleaners for my two blazers. The pricing is well worth it! The estimate for when it would be ready was on time. Looking forward to using the services for more clothing! Thanks!
ZERO STARS for customer service and messing up my blazer. So I had a dress and a velvet women's female blazer jacket both from Anthropologie dry-cleaned via this location in Cary on Highhouse Rd. A few months later I went to wear the jacket and I noticed that oddly they had both in the same plastic bag but the jacket was not facing out like any dry cleaner would normally do, they had it turned around so the back of the jacket was facing out on the left side when hung and it was placed in front of the dress behind it. I brought in a silk dress for spot cleaning. I had already been turned down by another cleaners who told me there was nothing they could do to help me. I went into Medlin Davis and shared what I have been told and they looked at my dress. They were considerate, thoughtful, patient and willing to try what they could to help me clean the stains from my dress. They did a an amazing job! It looks brand new. We are so grateful.
