This was my first time using them. I had gotten 4 pair of pants hemmed. The price was great, as was the service. I just told them what my inseam was, and they hemmed all 4 pairs perfectly. So I didn’t have to spend time putting them on for a seamstress. They were done when promised and I paid in the app, so I was able to just go in, pick up my pats and go. I will definitely be going back

My child accidentally splashed my blazer with greasy broth at a hot pot restaurant. The blazer is 100% wool and labeled dry clean only. I brought it to this dry cleaner the very next day. After the first cleaning, only one sleeve was cleaned, lthe other sleeve and the rest of the blazer still had stains. They agreed to clean it again, but after the second attempt, nothing changed. Staff, both at the facility and by phone, we're very caring and attentive to our requests. The shirts and pants are clean and beautifully pressed. We are a senior couple who find ironing to be pretty difficult at our age and we know of their excellent service from many years ago when we lived near The MacGregor Village location.

I have been a customer here for a very long time and we had a great experience, but I am done. I called to verify they were open until 3:00 PM on Saturday. I arrived exactly at 3:00 PM, parked right in front, and walked to the door which took me less than 20 seconds—only to find it locked. The employee clearly locked the door at 2:59 PM to avoid helping me, even though they knew I was on my way. This level of disrespect has left a bad taste and completely ruined my trust in this location. You have lost a long-time customer.

In less than a week, and even on a rare snow day in the south, I was able to get my laundry processed and ready for pickup. Everything was nicely folded and cleaned very well. The lady who helped me at the counter at Preston was polite and efficient. Would highly recommend!
