Great service, super fast. Was told 1 week and it was ready in 3 days. Brought an oversized King comforter and very happy with it. Staff was super kind. Highly recommend and will def return. This was my 1st time trying Merlin-Davis.

My child accidentally splashed my blazer with greasy broth at a hot pot restaurant. The blazer is 100% wool and labeled dry clean only. I brought it to this dry cleaner the very next day. After the first cleaning, only one sleeve was cleaned, the other sleeve and the rest of the blazer still had stains. They agreed to clean it again, but after the second attempt, nothing changed. It was my first time pick up service from home , it was perfect just as I had given them details . The manager Mr Brett has been very good with texting , also Dave the delivery person is also very nice & to top it off Ms Elizabeth at Medlin Davis on Kelly road was the person who recommended the pick up delivery service & she was very good in giving me a detailed explanation toon how to go about it .

In less than a week, and even on a rare snow day in the south, I was able to get my laundry processed and ready for pickup. Everything was nicely folded and cleaned very well. The lady who helped me at the counter at Preston was polite and efficient. Would highly recommend!
