Their handcrafted service was able to remove two ink stains from a custom suit, after another cleaner had already attempted to remove the stains. Over a year had passed by the time the garment made its way to Medlin-Davis. I was absolutely shocked they were able to completely remove the ink stains. Phenomenal service. Can’t recommend them enough.

My daughter dropped off a few items for me and I picked them up. I was assisted by Lakeisha. The customer service I received was awesome. She was so friendly with a welcoming smile. This was my first time visiting this location. They will definitely be seeing me more often. Thank you, Lakeisha.

Kim Murray at Bent Tree location has always been very professional every time I have been in the store. She is very respectful and courteous. Answers questions and is very helpful. Will explain the process on special clothes. if she doesn't know the answer, she will give me the name of someone who will. have been very happy with everything i have carried there.

I have been going to this cleaner for several years. Normally it is an excellent experience. However, over the past year things have changed a little. I have received two shirts back with scorched marks on them. I ignored the first ones as the shirt was old. Then a second one came on a more recent shirt. It has been several weeks since I requested a redo and I still do not have my shirt. Management appears to not be acting on my request for either the shirt or compression. Cushion cover had odor and stain from a pet mishap yet they were able to perfectly clean and remove horrid smells from a synthetic suede looking cover. Excellent results. I’m very impressed and 💯 pleased.
