My husband picked up a man’s two piece suit, a ladies blouse, pants and dress. When he got home, I discovered that the ladies blouse was put in the bag with the man’s suit. Who does that?! My shirts started coming back with permanent creases pressed into the collars. Permanent creases where there are not supposed to be any. I asked the manager to give special attention to it, she told me the shirts would be fixed. They came back worse. $200 worth of shirts ruined.

Have not gone in a while, figured I’d give it one last try. Still horrible customer service. The lady that is usually working is always negative and says “no” to any questions or concerns. I will no longer do service here and will be letting friends know as well. Very disappointing bc it’s conveniently located, but I’d rather drive a bit further for actually properly customer service.

Hi Shraddha, i apologize for this issue. Elizabeth did talk to me about the item you were not happy with. Our normal policy is to do a redo at no charge. However she should have offered you a full refund when you did not want this option and let you take the item at no charge. She did jot realize that she could do this. I’m so sorry about this, i know its probably too late but we would like to offer you that refund and a $20 store credit for the inconvenience.
Two times in a row you gave me back my shirts with stains on them even though I explicitly pointed out the stains to the employee. I am very disappointed. Bob Gleason

I like the drive thru especially. It was rainy out and Elizabeth was so kind to put my clothes in the car.
I specifically requested heavy starch and my cotton shirt was just dry cleaned. In comparison to local cleaners, this was VERY expensive and not worth the value.
I have never in my life paid so much for dry cleaning. It’s absolutely ridiculous and I will definitely not be going back. So disappointed. $127 for 5 dresses is absurd. I would never refer anyone there!
The lady was in a bad mood. I asked if they still offer military discount and she replied so angry a soft no could of make a big difference.
