Very happy with the care given to my clothes.
I asked to have my pants hemmed and I payed for that service but when I got them home they were still not hemmed.. Very disappointed with the results and don’t think the lady was really listening to me when I placed my order.
No one at all was in the store when I attempted to do drive up. Went inside and there was a note that said be back in 5 minutes on counter. I waited at least 10 before a young boy arrived with a Publix bag. He had been grocery shopping. By this time two other customers were waiting as well. He didn’t bother helping me load my 20 shirts into my car that was parked in drive up area. My husband isn’t sure that we received all his shirts. Terrible service and can’t believe store was unlocked and totally unmanned. Crazy
The service is very bad and I still see the folding on my shirts, i asked them to do dry cleaning and at the time of pickup I showed the coupon which I received from them and then they said we did laundry not dry cleaning and the coupon is applied for only dry cleaning. The person is not much responsible about my concern and he simply said I didn’t pick up your cloths someone did and they forgot to tell me about this. Looks like he is not caring about my issue and not able to listen my concern.
