My clean clothes that were delivered on Tuesday are very rough feeling. No liquid fabric softener was used. I doubt even a dryer sheet was used. I am disappointed.

Love home pick up and delivery. Have always cleaned my garments properly according to my preferences.
The pickup/ delivery guy is timely and takes great care at a personal level to make sure that my laundry is taken care of. He gets to my house at the same time I get back from the gym but recognizes my car and alters his pulling into my drive so I can just pull right in and not be delayed at all. It is a small but really noteworthy effort! Here is always upbeat and friendly.
I haven't checked this week's laundry that was returned Friday; however, there is no receipt attached to the bag as usual. I would like to receive the receipt as soon as possible. Thank you.
My laundry continues to be handled with less professionalism than what I consider to be excellent. My comments don't seem to be taken seriously enough. I do appreciate them being cleaned. Thank you.
The laundry I received back last week: All items were clean. Thank you. The towels were rough feeling--not soft. I requested that liquid fabric softener be used. The dark clothes were also not soft.
