Very friendly and helpful staff. Pricey but I do feel like my items have been cleaned properly. I will go back the next time I have dry cleaning and I would recommend to others.

Your customer service is usually pretty good, but I find myself bringing clothes back for "re-do's" more often than I would expect. I dropped off three shirts to be re-done because they had heavy starch and I always request no starch. I also dropped off a pair of pants that were "no crease" but came back creased.
It was great. Timely, polite, and helpful.

My launderned shirts came back clean and soft. I prefer no starch. One of the collars had a small crease but other than that no major wrinkling. Would recommend.
I was told to expect my leather pants to take 4 weeks and it only took 3 weeks.
Hangers requested to be reversed and again they were not on $140 order. Very frustrating!
