Medlin-Davis Dry Cleaners has been operating since 1948. We are an environmentally friendly cleaners, our Dry-cleaning solvent is GreenEarth which is a green solvent and we also do Wet-Cleaning. In addition we offer all of our customers Free Pick Up and Delivery service for Dry Cleaning and Laundry. This is a door to door service, you don't have to be home and you pay on account.

This is not the first time I have had a problem. Three strikes and you are out. Not only are the stains on my garments not removed they are actually made worse. I will not be using MEDLIN- DAVIS again.
Overall, the experience dealing with the people at the Cary, NC store was very pleasant. They were very nice. It was my first time there. Two days later when I went to pick up my sport coat, the food stain on the top of the shoulder was still there, just spread out to 5 times bigger the size it was when I brought it there in the first place. I left a silk dress and they were not gentle with it
The staff was nice but the price quoted was ten dollars less than what was charged. When asked why, the staff said they did not properly identify my jacket. I will not be returning to your business
You ruined multiple of my pottery barn faux fur blankets and pillow cases. Over $500 at least in damages. Never using your company again and if you do not make it right I’m going to be sure to share my experience in my very public profiles next so you don’t con other people and destroy their things.
2 cotton Khaki pants were put under Dry Clean instead of requested Laundry for wash & starch but after being notified it was corrected.
I had asked a question that I posed through email. My pickup/delivery driver came to the door and talk me through / resolved the question.
I will never use your services again nor recommend you to others. Your prices are more than twice that of other cleaners.
If you keep asking for my opinion, I will keep telling you that I have come to expect mediocre from Medlin. I am using you less and ironing my shirts myself when my schedule permits. Dress shirts need to look pressed. This includes the arms shoulders and collars…not just the 2 sides of the body and the back.
