The laundry service and dry cleaning are consistently superb. However when you have Thursday's 'shirt day' like in April, I seem to have problems almost every time with Medlin dry cleaning a shirt and charging that fee rather than launder/starch as I request. I spoke to the person at drive thru extensively last Wednesday about the 8 shirts to be laundered but again, they dry cleaned one of them.
