I had a few fabric glue and nail polish stains on a bridesmaid-type dress that I attempted to get off myself and was only partially successful. Took it in to Mayfair despite all the negative reviews, as I figured I had no other options (the cleaners on Grand had just as many poor reviews) They asked me a lot of questions about what I used and what the stains were specifically, so I left fairly hopeful. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE BUSINESS. It has been absolutely deplorable to work with them, and the only reason I've had the displeasure of dealing with them is because my local dry cleaner retired last year, otherwise I would have never stepped foot in here. I brought my 2 peice suit and white dress shirt in on the 29th of December to be cleaned, pressed, and starched and figured the one day turn around was great even if their services were overpriced. PLEASE if you value your clothing DO NOT trust them to take care of your items the way you would expect them to. I took 17 tops in to have dry cleaned 15 of which were white but came out pink! I paid for the service before I knew that my clothing had been ruined. They assured that they could turn them back to white, and unfortunately they are still pink and are demanding that I pay again to still have pink shirts. So now I am out the cost of my clothing and I paid for them to ruin my clothes. ***edited Let me clear this up.... read more

I went in and requested my two piece suit was repaired in two sections. First, being the small hole along the threading of one of the pockets, the second, the jackets bottom button, I also asked if they could secure the rest of the buttons too. When I went to pick it up they did not fix the hole in the pocket, or secure any of the buttons let alone the broken one on the jacket. They also refused to give me my money back. I honestly couldn’t be any happier with how the suit and dress shirt came out! I came in with a pretty dirty suit and it came out as good as new which was very surprising. Everything went super smoothly and the staff were all super friendly.
