Worst dry cleaner I have ever used. Picked up two suits and eight shirts and it was $92, way higher than any other cleaner I have used. Got them home and almost all of the shirts were dirty around the collars and one of the suits had visible stains on the front. Pressing was terrible. Then when I took them back in, they didn’t apologize or even act surprised. Terrible job and terrible service. Will not use them again!
Six months ago I dropped off my clothes for dry cleaning. When I had picked them up and got them home I noticed that there was a pair of pants missing, a grey pair. I consulted the owner after three or four times of trying to, he said that he would look for them, but after about two weeks he said he couldn’t find them, told me to get another pair and bring him the receipt, so I did, he then told me that it would take awhile as it would be coming from Carroll Iowa. I do not leave reviews bc I think it's lame to be a narc but I spent $320 on dry cleaning for clothes that I was planning on taking on a 3 week vacation and literally none of my clothes were cleaned. Every single spot still there. Maybe it was just fluke and the person cleaning my clothes stunk but I will not be returning.
Took my favorite pants here and they somehow managed to ruin them while still returning them with dirt on them. They had leather lace ups, and when I got them back the leather was ruined and split down the center on each side. I addressed it with the manager and he became angry and raised his voice at me (no not exaggerating) and told me I must be trying to take advantage of them, and that the pants were in that condition when they arrived. PLEASE if you value your clothing DO NOT trust them to take care of your items the way you would expect them to. I took 17 tops in to have dry cleaned 15 of which were white but came out pink! I paid for the service before I knew that my clothing had been ruined. They assured that they could turn them back to white, and unfortunately they are still pink and are demanding that I pay again to still have pink shirts.
