I honestly couldn’t be any happier with how the suit and dress shirt came out! I came in with a pretty dirty suit and it came out as good as new which was very surprising. Everything went super smoothly and the staff were all super friendly.
DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE BUSINESS. It has been absolutely deplorable to work with them, and the only reason I've had the displeasure of dealing with them is because my local dry cleaner retired last year, otherwise I would have never stepped foot in here. I brought my 2 peice suit and white dress shirt in on the 29th of December to be cleaned, pressed, and starched and figured the one day turn around was great even if their services were overpriced. Dropped off a suit and paid an extra $10 fee for it to be done before the expected time. My suit wasn’t cleaned until 2 days after they said it would be done. Was told I was going to get a refund due to this but when it came down to it the owner refused in a not so friendly way. On top of it had to pay an extra $25 for reasons they couldn’t explain. Don’t ever go here.
I Dropped off dress shirts for starch & press and while the order was filled by the time promised, I got back shirts with new wrinkles and 2 of the never worn shirts had some kind of spots/stain on them. It was absolutely awful and these are for a wedding this weekend. I do not recommend this dry cleaners at all! Will not be back.
PLEASE if you value your clothing DO NOT trust them to take care of your items the way you would expect them to. I took 17 tops in to have dry cleaned 15 of which were white but came out pink! I paid for the service before I knew that my clothing had been ruined. They assured that they could turn them back to white, and unfortunately they are still pink and are demanding that I pay again to still have pink shirts. So now I am out the cost of my clothing and I paid for them to ruin my clothes. ***edited Let me clear this up.... read more
