I've been with Max, for over 38 years?... Always Fabulous but once. However? I believe the best Cleaning service in town. Before my career started, always brought my clothing to 24th, & Leavenworth, Back in the Day. moved to. Millard, then, Westside, (had the one mishap, However only one) Presently?... Bellevue. The team there? Amazing.!!!!
My brother was in town for an extended visit and had a couple of wool sweaters that he wanted cleaned. I took them to Max I Walker in Bellevue. The gal was very nice and both sweaters were cleaned and ready to go quickly. I was very impressed.
Friendly and prompt. I appreciate that they noticed a strip of leather under my coat collar and called me to make sure I still wanted it cleaned. Good attention to detail and great customer service.
Very Expensive for the service. Before I left my clothes, I asked the person behind the desk, "How much will it be for the clothes?" They said, not much. I asked, a second time since I didn't see a sign or anything posted with the price...same answer as before. The receipt they gave me was not a detailed receipt, only the quantity of items I left. Drop off and pickup were quick and effortless. I thought the robe was beyond hope, but 2 days later, it was back, looking just about brand new, and the wax was completely removed! My wife was ecstatic!!!
