I've been with Max, for over 38 years?... Always Fabulous but once. However? I believe the best Cleaning service in town. Before my career started, always brought my clothing to 24th, & Leavenworth, Back in the Day. moved to. Millard, then, Westside, (had the one mishap, However only one) Presently?... Bellevue. The team there? Amazing.!!!!
Very Expensive for the service. Before I left my clothes, I asked the person behind the desk, "How much will it be for the clothes?" They said, not much. I asked, a second time since I didn't see a sign or anything posted with the price...same answer as before. The receipt they gave me was not a detailed receipt, only the quantity of items I left. When attempting to bring in 2 suit jackets, this location told me, very rudely, that unless I gave them my phone number, address, and email, I could not use their service. I called around and discovered that 2 forms of contact are necessary. That can be 2 phone numbers, an address and a phone number, an email and a phone number, or any variation. So, this location doesn't appear to train it's employees in customer service.
Great experience here. It’s been a long time since i’ve had to get something dry cleaned, and it was a great experience. The lady at the desk was extremely kind and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs affordable dry cleaning in the future.
I've been coming here for a few years and never had any issues. My dress clothes are well cleaned here. Prices are reasonable and I will continue to use their dry cleaning services.
