Fabulous experience! I took Two prom dresses to get cleaned and then realized they were spot clean only. CHRIS helped me make my decision on what to do. I felt safe leaving one of the dresses there to have it hand washed and it came out beautiful! They got the self tanner spots out of it and spots along the bottom and it still had sparkle & came back beautifully, steamed no wrinkles! I paid to have a gown pressed for a dinner tonight to celebrate the Air Force's birthday. At pickup the lady insults me and says "no offense to your friend but I'd never wear this dress to a wedding" and proceeds to tell me about her and her friend mocking it all night. I paid and left annoyed, just to get home and realize they never even pressed it. I do not recommend this location.
My dog carried a possum through my house and it left droppings on 3 of my rugs. Max I Walker cleaned them beautifully and they were 1/2 the price of a professional rug cleaner. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
