First time using this Max I Walker and the experience was great! Excellent service. The owner/manager was extremely helpful. Very timely service and very much appreciated the pick up notifications through text and email. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend and will definitely use this business again. I'm very happy with how clean and nice my garment was returned to me.
I had a flair felt tip pen accident on a shirt. I got 90 of it out with Amodex, but there was a small stain I just couldn't budge. I brought it to Max I Walker and they were able to make it super faint, and hopefully over time it will disappear. They were great to work with and cleaned and pressed my shirt. I was good to go.
3 formal dresses in on Wednesday afternoon ready Friday morning ! Perfectly done. Very happy .
Three day turn-aound, which was slower than I liked, but otherwise great! Suit and shirt were pressed and nicely cleaned. Low fees and Dawn was so we friendly. Also, great communication assoon as it was ready for pickup!
The staff performed an exceptional job with my items. They were extremely professional and courteous, and the prices were quite reasonable. I would strongly recommend this location to anyone.
