I've been with Max, for over 38 years?... Always Fabulous but once. However? I believe the best Cleaning service in town. Before my career started, always brought my clothing to 24th, & Leavenworth, Back in the Day. moved to. Millard, then, Westside, (had the one mishap, However only one) Presently?... Bellevue. The team there? Amazing.!!!!
Friendly and prompt. I appreciate that they noticed a strip of leather under my coat collar and called me to make sure I still wanted it cleaned. Good attention to detail and great customer service.
My brother was in town for an extended visit and had a couple of wool sweaters that he wanted cleaned. I took them to Max I Walker in Bellevue. The gal was very nice and both sweaters were cleaned and ready to go quickly. I was very impressed.
Drop off and pickup were quick and effortless. I thought the robe was beyond hope, but 2 days later, it was back, looking just about brand new, and the wax was completely removed! My wife was ecstatic!!!
Very Expensive for the service. Before I left my clothes, I asked the person behind the desk, "How much will it be for the clothes?" They said, not much. I asked, a second time since I didn't see a sign or anything posted with the price...same answer as before. The receipt they gave me was not a detailed receipt, only the quantity of items I left.
