This Store does a Good Job. Was a touch disappointed, (for my work being out of town) Some of my Suits, & jackets, Sent to The Shelter. I know, it was close to the past due time. However? My clothes i felt, could have been held onto. Hoping, Since my return to town. Was praying, we can become business partners. Yes. Every Stitch of clothing, Is my Business. And? First time drop-off during the late hour rush of a wool, long dress coat with fur cuffs and hood covered in animal hair. Chrissy called me the very next morning to ask for more time to get the hair completely removed. I hadn't expected next day service and said to take as much time as needed. I got a message the morning of day 2 that it was done. It took me 4 more days to pick it up and it looks brand new! Best and most friendly service at a dry cleaners ever! And decently priced!
Services both dropping off and picking up were excellent! Different people both courteous, accurate and fast! Very nice and I was getting a wool jacket cleaned and it came back looking and smelling great! (Not like grandma’s attic when it went in 😜) I will definitely use this location again! Thanks for the GREAT care!
Krissy, the manager was SUPER nice. I dropped off my teens JROTC uniform right when Max I Walker opened and she said it would be done after 5pm that night. I got a text message and email that the uniform was done before I was off work at 4pm and was able to stop by quick when I got off. The young man that helped me was quick to get my order checked out and he was very professional and kind. Thank you!
Terrible experience - ripped my suit coat. I get it, mistakes happen. But I had a wedding to attend and they did not offer to fix it or pay for the mistake they made. I will never use that location again.
