First time using it it’s my neighborhood dry cleaning service customer service is OK. And the clothes were easy to drop off and pick up and they looked great. They were quite pricey. I asked them to iron my dress and make sure the pleadings in the dress looked good. I did pay extra almost 6 dollars for 15 pleadings. It wasn’t the best. Being new to the area, the team was so friendly setting up our dry cleaning account. They were so informative with what we can expect. Our expectations were fulfilled when picking up the pieces we dropped off. Thank you for your welcoming environment and outstanding customer service!

They are great! They always do such a nice job; fast, affordable and the staff at the Papillion location is always friendly. Mayra is incredibly kind and helpful. I had them clean and preserve my wedding dress and was very pleased. I never hesitate to recommend them to friends or family when they need anything laundered or dry cleaned! :)

I needed to get a couple of suits cleaned for a trip to Dallas. I tried a couple of cleaners and couldn’t get them done. Last chance I called Maxi-Walker. The lady said she would personally make sure it would be done tomorrow around noon. She delivered. Super happy. I brought them more jackets to be cleaned when I picked up my order!
