I love their attention to detail on my oversized King Comforters, they called me to discuss different cleaning options and it was ready within a week. Everyone is always so very sweet, especially in the drive-thru pickup and drop-off area...I take my belongings to them without any worry... No stress. Thank you all for being amazing at what you all do!!!!!
First time using it it’s my neighborhood dry cleaning service customer service is OK. And the clothes were easy to drop off and pick up and they looked great. They were quite pricey. I asked them to iron my dress and make sure the pleadings in the dress looked good. I did pay extra almost 6 dollars for 15 pleadings. It wasn’t the best. I will tell you that will go there again most likely because it’s up the street if I find another place close by with a better price, better customer service and a little better With the dress... read more
I was in need of a last minute dry cleaning. Other shops told me they couldn’t make it work, but Mayra and her team did it for me. Definitely worth the drive from midtown Omaha. Hats off for excellent customer service. Thank you, Mayra and team.
They are great! They always do such a nice job; fast, affordable and the staff at the Papillion location is always friendly. Mayra is incredibly kind and helpful. I had them clean and preserve my wedding dress and was very pleased. I never hesitate to recommend them to friends or family when they need anything laundered or dry cleaned! :)

Unfortunately, this is the second time that this has occurred for me and I didn't say anything because I knew that one of their dryers had gone out on them. That's fine, you can't really control those things. However, I have since gotten wet clothes again.
