This was my first time dropping anything off at the dry cleaners, so I called ahead to get a quote on the items I had. The price seemed pretty reasonable to me! I was able to bring my stuff in the same day as calling and picked it up the next day after work. A very easy, seamless transaction & my items look fantastic! The worker was super kind as well.
Admittedly I brought in my favorite pea coat that I have had for over 25 years in pretty bad shape. I thought I could get one more year out of it. It had hair pilling and a few spots that I thought would never come out. When I picked it up yesterday I was in shock. All of the pilling was off, hair gone, wool tooled and it looks almost brand new. Thank you, Lillie. You are a magician! I have been taking my clothes to Max I. Walker for 40 years and will always take my clothes there!
I don’t use a dry cleaner much now because I’m retired, but Max I Walker has been my favorite since I was a teenager. Attendant was cheerful, patient and kind. My Granddaughter’s blazer turned out beautifully, Max I Walker is still turning out excellent product after all these years!!
I’ve been going there for years because the people are wonderful and the job they do on my clothing is ALWAYS perfect. And their turnaround time is lightning fast. Just this week I took in 21 articles and they were ready less than 24 hours later. Incredible…
Personnel at this Location provide outstanding customer service and care! It’s the best dry cleaning location in the City. Hatts Off to Lilly and the crew there Bravo! Well Done!
