I am so glad I brought my quilt to Max I Walker. It looks great and is nicely bagged for storage. My washing machine is getting older, and is not a big machine. I thought it best to let the pros handle this. Thank you. I love how clean and fresh it looks and smells.
They cleaned my favorite pillow which they weren't sure if they could. I received it back one month earlier than promised. Bev is an exceptional employee. She is always nice and very attentive. I am a happy sleeper now!
Their work is first class and what is important is that the promises they make on when your clothes are ready is the best in Omaha. Quick and on time. The dry cleaning is first rate. I went to many others and their prices are very high and not the best. Max I. Walked is all around the best
The team at Max I Walker on Underwood has given some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. My (many) questions are always answered, everyone is always so polite, and the service provided is always phenomenal! I highly recommend this specific location and team!
Wow! Customer service personified. I was coming into town for a wedding and forgot to have my suit cleaned beforehand. I called the store and spoke with the manager. She went above and beyond to help me out and had my suit cleaned and pressed faster than I would have ever expected. Can’t recommend this place more. All the stars!! ⭐️ 💫 🌟
