Highly reccommend this establishment. Very professional staff, clean, and fixed my zipper quite earilier than expected. Well done!! KUDOS to Dundee facility.. By the way...are u able to make your business phone more excessible for staff to get to for calls and convience for customers when calling about pricing and dropped off items.. Great job to the staff..

This was my first time dropping anything off at the dry cleaners, so I called ahead to get a quote on the items I had. The price seemed pretty reasonable to me! I was able to bring my stuff in the same day as calling and picked it up the next day after work. A very easy, seamless transaction & my items look fantastic! The worker was super kind as well.

I wish I had asked her name but the lady working the Dundee location deserves a raise. She was so nice and helpful, had a sunny attitude that just made me smile. She took her time with me, gave me options, recommended the service that would save me ‘some change’ and made sure to give me all the info on what to expect. You just don’t experience that kind of service anymore. They’re lucky to have her, I hope they recognize that and treat her well! Also my clothes were done within 24 hours and looking great.

I brought in a three shirts and a hoodie with some really set in auto grease stains that I tried DYI methods with consumer stain removal products. The manager, Lillie, was really nice- she explained how that stuff limits what professional cleaning can do. She set realistic expectations up front that it was doubtful the could be completely removed. Admittedly I brought in my favorite pea coat that I have had for over 25 years in pretty bad shape. I thought I could get one more year out of it. It had hair pilling and a few spots that I thought would never come out. When I picked it up yesterday I was in shock. All of the pilling was off, hair gone, wool tooled and it looks almost brand new. Thank you, Lillie. You are a magician! I have been taking my clothes to Max I. Walker for 40 years and will always take my clothes there!
