I’ve been to several max walker locations and this is by far my favorite! They are always so nice and helpful when I ask questions about different textures and colors. I love walker wednesdays when I can opt in for a discount! Definitely recommend!!!
Brought in a pair of slacks with a stain on them. Explained the stain, and when I got them back, it was still there. Showed the manager on site and she was able to take it out completely. Would have been better to catch it the first time, but Still very satisfied.
The most incredible service I've ever experienced in my life. After a small hiccup over hours, the manager went above and beyond to help me. If I could give this manager michelle a billion stars for going above and beyond to help me I would!!!! They have customers for life with me!!!!!
I have been using Max I. Walker for over 10 years. The customer service that I receive time and time again is always five stars. Missy is always accommodating, whether it’s a press only or last minute same-day service, she always delivers.
I had some jeans hemmed and the “new” hem looks just like the original! It was a bit pricey ($24), but I’m happy with the result. I appreciate the friendliness of the Max I. Walker associate who helped me and provided the likely range of costs for this service.
