I would highly recommend this cleaners to anyone. Missy is absolutely the best, and always goes the extra mile to help in a pinch. My son’s suit pants were dropped off for a hole repair, we ended up needing them before they could be fixed. Missy placed a temporary patch on the pants so he could wear them. You don’t find customer service like this very often. Thanks for all you do Missy!! JoDe
I had a very difficult stain on a nylon jacket. Although the stain could not be totally removed, I really appreciate the efforts that were tried. I figured if Max I. Walker can’t remove it, nobody can. Lady I spoke with was honest about the challenge and she was very friendly. I was very pleased with my experience.
We have had many great experiences at the Elkhorn Max I Walker. Today Vicki greeted me & helped me when I went in. She so sweet & by far one of my favorite people to work with there. Recommend them for any of your dry cleaning needs!
I have never received better service! I had a special shirt that I’ve been waiting for several years to fit into. I finally lost enough weight to try it on, and it looked amazing with the exception of the big stain in the front. I took it and Emil and Vicky Took the time to talk to me about how the rhinestones may come off, but they will give it a try without hurting my garment. My experience was positive. Some spots were found on my comforter that I was not aware of so my pressure was a little higher than what I thought it would be, but that’s OK because I want a clean comforter quality work
