This was my first experience with Max I Walker and it certainly didn't disappoint! I have a light grey cashmere sweater that had two red spots on the front. I wasn't able to identify when the stains happened or what they may have been - two key strikes in being able to easily remove them. Thankfully, Max I Walker lifted the stains from the sweater and it feels soft and brand new!
Leah notified me, immediately after dropping off my shirts to be cleaned, that I had mistakenly left a credit card in the breast pocket of one of the shirts!! Leah always has a smile and conducts herself professionally in the execution of job responsibilities. I am a loyal customer because of Leah!!

The woman at the counter is very pleasant and welcoming. I got my comforter back in a few days when they said it may take a week! So I was really happy I got it back quickly. Prices are kind of high but fortunately I don’t have to use them very often.
