I paid damn near 60 bucks for 3 pair of pants and my gf dress. Only to see when we were out of town, that one of the pants wasn’t even creased and one of them had a double crease. Very dissatisfied!!
Linda I think her name was, she works the mornings and wears glasses was very nice. She was very professional and provided great service from the moment I walked in. Definitely would recommend this location to anyone. 10/10
Customer service was great! Received same day service with a before 8am drop off. The suit was ready before 3pm. They even attached a separate bag with a pocket square found in the pocket. I don't dry clean often, but would definitely use Max I. Walker again.
I was so pleased with the customer service received on dropping off and picking up my rug. The location sent it out to be cleaned and was available to pick up when promised. Pricing was great. Definitely a 5 star experience!
I love the drive thru option to drop off and pick up clothes! I had a pick up and the lady who helped me put the items right in the back seat for me. Very convenient and helpful staff
