Drive thru service, items ready in Less than 24 hours, checks in with me if they feel a color will bleed, super friendly and excellent prices. They also do hem work. I moved from that area and drive out of my way to drop off my items just to remain a loyal customer.

Convenient, staff was friendly and item looked good. This was a competition dance jacket and they are really picky about how the girls look in between dances. So they all wear these jackets and it ID’s them. They get make up on the collars and dirty. A couple of the moms used a discount dry cleaner and some of the colors ran together . It did not look good. I explained where i went and how clean it looked and i think you will be getting more business. Yes they only paid $5. But look what they got. These employees take pride in the work. They are very accommodating. I especially love the drive through for drop off and pick due to mobility challenges. Thank you crew on 168th & Q Street in Omaha. You're all the best.

My close by Max I Walker location yesterday charged me $28.00 + change to dry clean two short sleeves shirts. They applied two up charges for fabric. Questioned clerk he explained the home office sets the prices. Yikes I will have to drive a couple of miles to an Independent cleaner's with better pricing.

I was very happy with my service. The person at Maxi was very accommodating and informed me of coupons available from the mobile app which I had downloaded. Very pleasant experience.
