I love being able to drop off my laundry bag when needed (those weeks that you just fall a little behind on laundry - well a lot behind haha). Staff is great and I love getting the clothes back folded already. Makes putting away easy.
I had a light dress jacket that i had cleaned last fall, didn’t take it out of cleaner bag to see if Max I walker took the stain out on the lapel until I needed it for a wedding this spring. I saw that the stain was still on the lapel. I took it back to Max I Walker on 6/22/2024 and the older lady with red hair who waited on me was very rude to me when I tried to explain to her that the stain was still there. We were disappointed with our experience. We heard about the Wednesday deal for 4 or more items so I brought in several of my suits to get cleaned. However, when I picked them up I had been charged full price. After asking why we didn't receive the discount we were informed it was because we "didn't mention it when we dropped the items off." Great customer service and shirts were perfect for my husband. Convenient location for us and even gave Shiloh (our mini aussie) a treat!! Shiloh was very impressed😁 We'll be back!
