I have been very happy with your service til now. I brought in a blanket for cleaning and to repair a small tear. I returned today and was told my blanket was totally destroyed. The mamger informed me that there was nothing she could do and that she would not charge me for the cleaning. I could not believe that after destroying my blanket that was her answer for what was done. I would think that you handle destroyed clothes and other items differently than that.

I took a bed coverlet in for cleaning last January .. it had a stain .. I picked it up in a plastic zip bag a few days later, took it home, & stored it .. the receipt tag attached quoted $37.55 .. I opened the bag about a week ago .. the large stain was still there .. I dropped it off to be what I THOUGHT was recleaned, no charge .. I picked it up Wednesday, opened it, stain gone, okay .. then I checked my bank account: I had been CHARGED $78.10!! I called today & asked what the hell was going on .. Just went in to pick up pea coat and was brought out in a clear plastic bag and was hung on hanger. I lifted bag and upon inspection readily noticed white lint particles. Asked attendant to use lint brush on it and it was taken to the back and brushed. When it was brought out, I reinspected and still noticed some lint. Attendants made no comment.
