We HIGHLY recommend Mastercraft! The employees are very friendly and professional. The turnaround on dry cleaning service is quick and the quality of work is always amazing.
The people who work here are always courteous and friendly. I recommend Mastercraft over any other dry cleaner because my clothes smell clean, not like chemicals.
No complaints with the employees at all! Just with the ownwership!!!!! The employees are wonderful, the owner refuses to call me back when clothing was accidentally damaged and he is putting his employees in a very bad position. The employees have tried to handle the situation. He has fired one of them unjustly without even speaking to me. This place deserves a 0 star rating if possible!!! They left these chlorine stains on a brand new pair of levi shorts!!! Im going to demand for them to pay the value of the shorts! DONT GO HERE
I brought in my beloved Keropi and Disney sweatshirts that had various oil stains on them. The miracle worker cleaner removed them all and they look brand new! I was so happy when I saw them I was in heaven. Very grateful customer . Thank you
