I so appreciate the free pick up and delivery service!!!!! Along with your environmentally responsible cleaning process, which is most important to me, this service is frosting on the cake! Speaking the environment, Please, Please return my clothing in the cloth bag that you picked up my clothes in. This time my items came with my bag and a plastic bag. I am working very hard to not use plastic bags, my dry cleaning is included. Thank you ~~

Things where pick up from the porch Monday morning and were back by Thursday morning where cleaned and pressed. Great 👍 job.

Washed all my husband’s clothes instead of dry cleaning... All of his very expensive things are ruined

We contacted the customer via email and text with no response. There were 5 items in the order 2 pair of shorts that were laundered, 2 polo shirts and a pair of pants that were dry cleaned. We offered to inspect and redo - or do what we could to satisfy the customer sa soon as we were made aware of the customers concerns. We are very customer focused and always go the extra mile when it comes to customer satisfaction.
