Always friendly and they do a nice job. I am a VIP member, and I notice they dont automatically take 20% off. Have to keep reminding them. Otherwise, very happy.
I use Mokena Martinizing for all my dry cleaning needs. The staff is friendly and my items are cleaned without having that chemical smell. The prices are great also. I definitely would recommend them to others.
Had a comforter cleaned. Service was very good. Appreciate the bag that the comforter was put in. Only negative would have been price but I had a coupon that made price competitive.

I've been using this dry cleaning service for several years. Never had a problem... This time, I dropped off my wedding dress, my husband's suit and another dress. I used the blue bag. Alex just took the bag: he didn't check what I had in it.. And I've always prepaid. I didn't even get a receipt! Imagine my shock when I got an email that my bill was $66!?
