At first I liked this place but when they lost my husbands expensive dress shirt and tried to give me a different shirt (like I wouldn't notice) it was enough to make me take my business to a different cleaners. If a manager contacted me as I was told they would when I came back on three different occasions to see if they located the right garment, then it probably would have changed my mind. That's just bad customer service, and I don't stand for that.
There staff member James was amazing i put my husbands suit in on Friday cause he forgot to drop it off. I needed it back no later then 3 pm on that following Monday and James happily delivered. I was completely satisfied with the service and will continue using the mokena location.
Martinizing Cleaners! Our favorite cleaners is professional, responsive, and they do an awesome job. We have used their outstanding services for close to a decade. Looking forward to continuing!
