Dropped off my mother's beautiful custom-made comforter that had been packed away. I wanted to use it in my bedroom, which has my mother's furniture. I told the attendant that it was custom-made, and it needed to be handled gently, no harsh chemicals. When I picked it up, I could tell immediately that the colors were faded, and the sheen in the material was totally gone. I was so upset and know that my mother would have been devastated.
