The items I had washed / dry cleaned looked good when I received them. The carpet in the store had a very large stain which detracted from the store’s overall appearance. I asked the staff person if the receipt reflected my Wednesday senior discount (the day I brought it in) but I did not get a response. I haven’t been in for some time but it seems to me the interior of the store used to be cleaner and the staff friendlier.
