I came to this dry cleaner with about seven of my husband’s dress shirts to be cleaned, and two of them had broken buttons. When I dropped them off, I tried to point out the exact locations of the damaged buttons so they would be addressed. However, the woman behind the counter didn’t look at the shirts as I spoke. Instead, she continued the intake process and, when I tried again to show her, she said, “We’re going to take a look at all of them,” in a tone that felt dismissive. I have been a customer at Martinizing for 4 years. I typically take my comforters/blankets to get a deep clean and boy do I notice a difference. Not only have they removed tough stains and smells from the materials but they have impeccable customer service and provide great care to delicate materials. Not only do I enjoy the staff they provide great service at an affordable cost. Thanks guys! Both my partner and I greatly appreciate your services!
