I came to this dry cleaner with about seven of my husband’s dress shirts to be cleaned, and two of them had broken buttons. When I dropped them off, I tried to point out the exact locations of the damaged buttons so they would be addressed. However, the woman behind the counter didn’t look at the shirts as I spoke. Instead, she continued the intake process and, when I tried again to show her, she said, “We’re going to take a look at all of them,” in a tone that felt dismissive. I will not be returning. They ruined curtains and still charged$70. I just picked up one blazer $12.95.
