I came to this dry cleaner with about seven of my husband’s dress shirts to be cleaned, and two of them had broken buttons. When I dropped them off, I tried to point out the exact locations of the damaged buttons so they would be addressed. However, the woman behind the counter didn’t look at the shirts as I spoke.
