I really wish I could give 10 stars. Listen..Chris has restored my faith in people and business. Early this morning I was frantically searching for dry cleaning services and called the store to see if I was too late for same day service. No one answered and I hung up without leaving a voicemail. Dropped off a coat to be dry cleaned. It was cleaned and ready at the promised time. The cost was reasonable and the owner very friendly. I highly recommend them.
Was supposed to pick up yesterday but I've lived in Florida the last 30 years And I'm not driving in this weather. So, I called. The person remembered me and my daughter's cloak. That my dog peed on!!! This place cares about your item and getting it right! Remembered who I was after a week. I'm not in a hurry. Glad they care about my teenagers garment as much as I care about my child. Thanks for great service so far.
Chris is wonderful! They did a phenomenal job on my daughter's varsity jacket with white and red leather overlapping. They made the jacket look brand new! The prices are great too.
Different operating hours listed on store and online. Dropped off clothing on Wednesday, was unable to pick up Thursday. Came to pickup Friday at 930 before the event and they were closed with no signs/notice and left voicemail. Received a call around 1030 advising late start and my clothing was ready, however I was already on my way to the event. Won't go back and won't recommend, especially if you need tight turnaround before an event.
